Where do I buy my ticket?
The enno crosses three different regional transport alliances with its trains every day. Every day, the staff from our customer center and in our service center help our passengers to find the right fare and the right ticket for their way through Lower Saxony. In the following we would like to introduce you to the different possibilities on your way to the proper ticket.
At the ticket machine
Quick, easy and at every station: The pink enno ticket machines are the quickest and easiest way to get your ticket. You will find the ticket validators in the area of the GVH and VRB right next to the ticket machines.
In the service center
In our enno service center, we focus on providing you with expert and friendly advice on all aspects of your journey. Whether you need a ticket, a subscription or a timetable - you are very welcome in our service center!
At the meeting points
You can also buy the popular Lower Saxony ticket ("Niedersachsen-Ticket") and bike tickets at our "meeting points" ("Treffpunkte") along the enno routes. Meeting points are cooperations with private providers such as kiosks, travel agencies and tourist offices.
